Dan Robinson is a hero. This guy alone created a new concept of party, at least in the heart of our community. It's not everydays that someone volunteers to cook to a horde of trolls. And it becomes remarkable when this person accepts to cook a meal composed of several courses out of a bunch of assorted ingredients. That's what Dan proposed - and did.

After some turbulence the event was set to happen in Derek's (and Eva, and Petra, and Vitek) place. A group of attendees had to be selected - not a completely open meeting due to obvious limitations of space. Some of us met in Namesti Miru, just in front of the church, while some others showed up directly at the apartment. People would carry they own ingredients, basically with no previous arrangement, thus highlighting the art and expertize of the cook.

However that was no match to Dan. Once we gathered all that stuff on the kitchen table he stared and the assorted pile of eatables and draw a mental plan. In his mind that mass of ingredients were already forming a set of delicious delicacies. And so it was. After a fair time of hard labour, with the help of the attendees, the chef made it. We were served and what an exquisite meal it was. Only a little short, I would say, as my stomach could handle five times what it was served.

It was one of the nicest CS meetings ever. It will stay in my memory forever, as well as Dan, who I hope to meet again soon.

Oh! And it was during this dinner that the idea of a weekend in Krivoklat Martina's cottage took shape. Another great moment in my Prague's life.
